Cricket Players’ Association of Moulvibazar United Kingdom (CPAM UK) is a non profitable alliance of British Bangladeshi cricketers, from the district of Moulvibazar. The association was originally formed in Bangladesh (2007), in order to promote, develop and protect the rights of cricketers.
CPAM UK was thus formed in 2015 adhering to the same principles with the additional purpose of bringing various social media groups of ex-players together.
The primary objective of the association is to ensure the continuous development of cricketers and to preserve the rich heritage of our composite culture. The association also intends to organise related sporting activities and to promote the association, reaching out to all age groups in the UK.
In its current phase, the association has successfully held a number of tournaments across the UK, including: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and Portsmouth. Furthermore, it has managed to arrange other sporting and charitable activities, providing aid to flood victims in Moulvibazar.
